After having reviewed prospective resumes, we then scheduled time for the Client to interview their top choices. We offered onshore and low-cost geographic resources for budget comparison. We offered full time, part time, seasonal, and project-based resources. We included Cayuse-direct resources, 1099 contractors, and corporation-to-corporation contractors.
Once the candidates were selected, Cayuse initiated the onboarding process which included background checks, drug screenings, and contract negotiations. Cayuse representatives worked with the client to complete the onboarding and help to deliver hardware enablement and training.
