  • Roughly 54% of companies utilize the talent of personnel outside of their walls to interact with their customers. 
  • 57% of companies utilize business process outsourcing as a means to prioritize core matters, operations, and undertakings. 

This survey by Shortlister also highlights that by reallocating non-core activities to specialized service providers, companies are finding renewed focus on their mission-critical functions and core competencies, and are improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.
